Dear Sir.
We, the undersigned, offer to provide the consulting services for Phase 2 Technical "Growth Corridor     for     Tana     and    Bales    Sub-basins:    Endowments,    Potential,    and    Constraints"    in accordance  with  your  Request  for  Proposal  dated  October  1M   2006  and  our  Technical  Proposal.  Our attached Financial Proposal is for the sum of:
-      429.900 EUR (four hundred twenty nine thousand and nine hundred Euro)
and
192.500 USD (one hundred ninety two thousand and five hundred US Dollar)
and
-      1.069 900 ETB (one million sixty nine thousand and nine hundred Ethiopian Birr)
This amount is exclusive of the local taxes, which shall be identified during negotiations and shall
be added to the above amount.
Our  Financial  Proposal  shafl  be  binding  upon  us  subject  to  the  modifications  resulting  from Contract  negotiations,  up  to  expiration  of  the  validity  period  of  the  Proposal,  i.e.  before  the  date indicated in Paragraph Reference 1.12 of the Data Sheet.
No commissions or gratuities have been or are to paid by us to agents relating to this Proposal and Contract execution, if we are awarded the Contract.
