1.5- The works stipulated in out Articles 1.2.1, 1.2.2,

Obligations of the Authority
for the execution of the works specified in article 1 hereabu/c
ths Authority shall, at its own expense; .
5*1. novide administrative management required in Ethiopia.
5.2.     Provide Selkhozpromexport, within two months from the date or cn» signing of this Order-Confirmation, with topographic taps of l
1:250,000 and 1:500,000 available aerial photography, geodetic deca
and other relevant materials concerning the project area to be uded during the execution of topographic-geodetic and aerial photographic
, 
works.
5.3.   Provide the specialists of Selkhoapromexport with all aval-* lable documents and preliminary data concerning the Baro-Akobo valley to be used for drawing up of DPR for the construction of an earth
fam and reservoir on the Alvero Biver and the irrigation systems for;
an area of 10 thous. ha., as well as for the elaboration of the co co,
lex schema for the utilization of the water and land resources of
ths Baro-Akobo valley. The Authority shall hand over to the specia
lists of Selkhozpromexport such documents and preliminary data not later than a month after receiving a request. 
3.4.     Provide for ths Joint execution of survey-design and aeris photographic works, design engineers, technicians, and working labourers in the number and specialities indicated under Annay JTo.

3.5 • PROVIDE FOE THE work execution hand-tools aart materials locally produced ( such as spades, ropes, hammers, etc) when such
hand tools and materials are in stock anywhere in 'Ethiopia within

5.9,     Depending on security conditions grant the specialists
of Selkhozpronexport the right of free movement in3ide the terri
tory of SociallstEthiopia during the execution of survey and aeria
r. works as well a a ensure that the necessary help and assistance is rendered to tuem by author!tit*a*
5.10.     Provide assistance related to Selkhozpromexport’s avia*
^tion work per the terms and conditions stipulated Ln Annex No.
hereto.
f                        5.11. Determine the limits of the aerial photography as well
as     secure     the     necessary     permission     from     relevant     Ethiopian     Autho rity for flights necessary for the projects works.
5.12. Give ths specialists of Selkhozpromexport the right to
use existing telegraph, telephone and mail communication existing
Ln Ethiopia as well as radio communication in Hussian between
field teams on frequences:
5*13. Produce, according to the sketch of the specialists of Selkhczprome spirt, bench marks, pyramids, stakes and other marks for fixing geodetic points in the required numbers as well as

4.10.
