Scope of Work

Key Contractual Conditions
- Sub-Contractor assumes same obligations to Main Contractor as Main Contractor has to Employer
- FIDIC Conditions of Contract (1969 edition) apply with modifications
- All disputes to be settled under Ethiopian law
